Most weddings here bring their own team. The villas, the settings and the on-site coordination are ours. Planners, caterers and celebrants are yours to choose, or we're happy to arrange them through suppliers we know well.

Email or call with a rough idea of what you're planning. We come back with availability and a starting estimate within a day or two.
A site visit if you'd like one. We help you map out which villas, which timings and which suppliers fit the brief. Nothing locked in yet.
A deposit secures the dates. From there we coordinate with your team to make sure everything lines up. Menus, layouts and transfers, all sorted in the months ahead.
We're on-site, on call and out of the way unless needed. Your guests arrive, the weekend unfolds, you leave with the goodbyes ringing in your ears.
Most weddings book six to nine months ahead. Off-season slots are usually easier, and we're happy to be flexible on smaller events with shorter notice.
