100% refund: For cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival
50% refund: For cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival
No refund: For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival

Eligibility

One discount code is issued per subscriber and is non-transferable.
Redemption
Upon signing up, you will receive a unique discount code via email.
The discount can be used on one booking only and must be applied at checkout or provided when booking directly.
The discount is valid for bookings made through the Matakana Luxury website only and cannot be applied to bookings made via third-party platforms.
Exclusions & Restrictions
The discount is valid for accommodation bookings only.
Cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless stated otherwise.
Not applicable to gift card purchases or existing bookings.
Validity
The discount code is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Expired codes will not be honoured.
Cancellations & Modifications
Our standard cancellation policy applies to bookings made with the discount code.
If you cancel your booking, the discount code will be considered used and cannot be reissued.
Use of Information
By signing up for our newsletter, you agree to receive marketing communications from Matakana Luxury, including promotional offers, news, and updates.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link provided in our emails or by contacting us directly.
General
Matakana Luxury reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
Redemption
The gift card can be used toward any of our five villas, subject to availability. To redeem, enter the gift card code as a coupon on our website or provide it during direct booking.
Validity
The gift card is valid for 12 months from purchase. Expiry cannot be extended.
Booking Requirements
All bookings must be made in advance through our website and follow standard booking policies.
Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable
The gift card is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Partial Use
If your booking exceeds the value of the gift card, you must pay the difference. If it costs less, please contact us to arrange a refund of the balance. We will process it according to our refund policy.
Gift Card Use
Each gift card can only be used once. If not fully used, you must notify us to request a refund of the remaining balance. Any unused amount after 12 months will be forfeited.
Cancellations & Modifications
Our standard cancellation and modification policies apply. We do not refund the gift card if the booking is cancelled.
Lost or Stolen Cards
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorised use of gift cards.
Exclusions
The gift card cannot be used with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.

Using the gift card means you accept these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time.
